본 논문은 자유시장 논리를 앞세운 자본주의사회가 인류의 기술과 문명에 이바지한 측면이 적지 않지만, 다른 한편 그 경쟁체재로 인해 오늘날 심각하게 대두된 맹점을 해소하고자 새롭게 부각된 기부문화(寄附文化)에 대해 관심을 갖고자 한다. 특히 종래의 재화 및 유형적 선물의 기부형식과는 달리 재능기부와 관련된 새로운 교육기부 움직임에 대해 소개하고, 이에 부응하여 현재 우리나라에서 정부 주도로 운영되고 있는 문화예술 교육기부의 사례를 조사 및 분석하고자 한다. 그 결과 전체 717개 교육기부 프로그램 중에서 문화예술 분야는 105개, 이 중 음악 관련한 프로그램은 총 33개만이 운영되었음을 파악하여, 향후 문화예술 교육기부를 위한 음악교육의 중요성에 대해 견해를 밝혀보고자 한다.
In these days there are many opinions that opportunities have to be given to members of society and teenagers for newly expand understanding and knowledge of adjacent various culture to make that cultural diversity should be chosen freely for actual bountiful life. This cannot be achieved just from school education. Because (at least) about domain of cultural arts it seems that school education has huge educational deviation depend on geographical or regional condition. In this situation advanced thinking that study on cultural arts part educational donation should be accepted as social responsibility. This study had investigated and analyzed into the current situation of cultural arts part educational donation e.g. 717 programmes by enterprises in Korea expressly focusing on the educational purpose of music part. If I may suggest based on the result from this first more methodical plan making is needed for activating educational donation. Second political approach based on fellowship and communication between citizens is needed. Lastly diversification of educational donating main agent is needed with consulting of appropriate experts.
