The purpose of this research is to find the effect of fulfilling the psychological contract on volunteer satisfaction. The data from 139 volunteers at the community welfare centers for the old, the disable, the community in Euijeongbu city located on the north metropolitan area were collected. The independent variable is the fulfillment of the psychological contract controlled by demographic characteristics, recognition and reward for volunteer, egoistic motives, altruistic motive, the dependent variable is volunteer satisfaction. For the statistical analysis, the frequency analysis, descriptive statistics, and regression analysis were carried out, using the PASW 18.0 program. The results of this research are as the following: First, the fulfillment of the psychological contract has effect on the volunteer satisfaction. Second, the personal and social support of organization toward volunteer, and the organizational support enabling basic execution of volunteer tasks among the psychological contracts have effect on the volunteer satisfaction. The results of this research suggest that the service organization have to prepare the organizational support for basic execution of volunteer tasks and develop the volunteer program to support the personal and social development of volunteer, in order to increase volunteer satisfaction.
