In the present study, there is a purpose to verify mediating effect of ego resilience in the impact of the emotion dissonance that emotional laborers have experienced on job stress. A survey was conducted including 240 financial workers engaged in general work in the area J and K, the collected data was analyzed utilizing SPSS 21.0 program. Results of this research are summed up as follows. Firstly, it was found that there was all significant correlation between emotional dissonance and job stress, emotional dissonance and ego resilience, ego resilience and job stress. Second, the relationship between emotional dissonance of emotional laborer and job stress is partially mediated by resilience. This study confirmed correlation of emotional dissonance, job stress, and ego resilience of emotional laborer, and showed that the ego resilience, one's internal factor. In other words, ego resilience is emotionally important factor which cause stress in understanding job stress of emotional laborers. These results can be utilized as base data for a follow-up study about job stress factors and enhancement of ego resilience, and be helpful for development and counseling of ego resilience enhancement program.
