This study is aimed at improving the basic speech skills(breathing, vocalization, singing of single syllable), the communication intent(response to manes) and the ability to imitate behavior of children with cerebral palsy. This subject of this study is 3-4 years olds with cerebral palsy. Research designs were analyzed as ABAB designs from a single case study. The program consisted of a total of 16 sessions(first baseline-3 sessions, first music program-5 sessions, second baseline-3 sessions, second music program-5 sessions) and 25 minutes/1 session individually. The results of the study are as follows: First, The ability to accept and express language has been improved. Second, The ability to respond to his name has been improved. Third, The ability to breathing and vocalization has been improved. Fourth, The ability to sing a single syllable has improved. Finally, The ability to imitate behavior has been improved. According to the results of the study, music has induced active participation by providing pleasure to children with cerebral palsy. In addition, spoken base skills and interaction skills have been improved by repeatedly using a question-answer music structure using simple rhythms.
