본 연구는 학교폭력예방을 위한 해결중심 집단상담이 초등학생의 가해 및 피해 행동과 방관자적 태도에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 한다. 본 연구의 연구대상은 전라북도 J시에 소재한 초등학교 4학년 두 학급 학생으로 실험집단 20명, 통제집단 20명이며, 학교폭력예방을 위한 해결중심 집단상담 프로그램을 40분간 16회기에 걸쳐 진행하였다. 연구효과 분석은 두 집단에 집단따돌림 가해-피해 척도와 방관자적 태도 척도를 통하여 사전검사와 사후검사를 실시하고, 결과를 SPSS Win 21.0 프로그램을 이용하여 변량분석(ANOVA)과 공변량분석(ANCOVA)를 실시하였다. 이와 같은 연구를 통하여 학교폭력예방을 위한 해결중심 집단상담을 실시한 실험집단은 통제집단보다 가해 및 피해 행동과 방관자적 태도 감소에 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과를 통해 학교폭력예방을 위한 해결중심 집단상담이 초등학생의 가해 및 피해 행동과 방관자적 태도 감소에 긍정적인 효과가 있음을 확인 할 수 있었다. 끝으로, 본연구의 의의와 제한점 및 후속 연구에 대한 제언이 논의 되었다.
This study aimed at examining the effect of solution-focused group counseling for school violence prevention on the victimization behavior and indifferent attitude of Elementary School Students. The study looked at two 4-year elementary school classes in J City in Jeollabuk-do, South Korea. The experiment group had 20 students and control group has 20. To test the study effect, the bullies-victim scale and indifferent attitude scale of Mehee Bae(2013). To analyze the research effectiveness, the two groups were inspected both before and after the experiment. The experiment group was requested to submit their follow-up report after the program for this research data collection and analysis. The collected data was processed with SPSS Win 21.0 program for ANOVA and ANCOVA. Based on the study findings, the solution-focused group counseling for school violence prevention was deemed effective in reducing the victimization behaviors and indifferent attitude of Elementary School Students. Limitations of the study and suggestions for follow- up study were suggested.
