본 연구는 Holland의 RIASEC 모형에서 예술형(A), 사회형(S) 직업 흥미를 보이는 유치원 교사 320명(예술형 204명, 사회형 112명)의 직업 흥미 특성이 GOT, BIS, PSS 척도에서 어떻게 나타나며, 각 척도에서 두 유형의 교사 집단 간에 차이가 있는가를 알아보는 데에 목적이 있다. 그 결과, 첫째, GOT 척도에서 예술형(A) 유치원 교사는 예술형(A)이 가장 높고 사무형(C)이 가장 낮았으며, 사회형(S) 유치원 교사는 사회형(S)이 가장 높고 현장형(R)이 가장 낮게 나타났다. 두 유형의 집단 간에는 예술형(A), 사회형(S), 진취형(E), 사무형(C)의 흥미수준에서 유의한 차이를 보이고 있었다. 둘째, BIS 척도에서 예술형(A) 유치원 교사는 예술형(A)의 음악/드라마, 미술, 응용미술, 글쓰기에서, 사회형(S) 유치원 교사는 탐구형(I)의 의학, 사회형(S)의 교육, 사회봉사, 의료봉사, 종교, 진취형(E)의 판매, 조직관리, 사무형(C)의 자료관리, 사무활동에서 높은 기본 흥미를 보이고 있었다. 기본 흥미에서 두 유형의 집단 간 차이는 예술형(A), 사회형(S), 진취형(E)과 사무형(C)과 관련된 분야에서 유의한 차이를 보이고 있었다. 셋째, PSS 척도에서 예술형(A) 유치원 교사는 학습 유형에서, 사회형(S) 유치원 교사는 업무 유형에서 개인 특성의 수준이 다르게 나타났으며, 두 유형의 집단 간에 유의한 차이를 보이고 있었다.
The purpose of this study was to know how the artistic(A) type and the social(S) type kindergarten teachers GOT, BIS, PSS scale at the Holland s RIASEC Model is. For this study, 320 kindergarten teachers(artistic(A) type: 204, social(S) type: 112) responded to the Strong Interest Inventory, and the differences between two types of teacher group in vocational interests and structures were examined. The results of this study were as follows: First, at the GOT scale, artistic(A) type kindergarten teachers showed the highest vocational interest at the artistic(A) type and the lowest interest at the conventional(C) type. And social(S) type kindergarten teachers showed the highest vocational interest at the social(S) type and the lowest interest at the realistic(R) type. There were significant differences between two types of teacher group at the artistic(A), social(S), enterprising(E), and conventional(C) type of the GOT on the Strong. Second, at the BIS scale, the artistic(A) type kindergarten teachers showed high basic interest at the music/drama, art, applied arts, and writing of the art(A) type, the social(S) kindergarten teachers showed high basic interest at the medical science of the investigative(I) type, teaching, social service, medical service, and religious activity of the social(S) type, sales and organizational management of the enterprising(E) type, data management and office service of the conventional(C) type. There were significant differences between two types of teacher group at the enterprising(E) type and the conventional(C) type of the BIS on the Strong. Third, at the PSS scale, there were significant differences between artistic(A) type kindergarten teachers and social(S) type kindergarten teachers of the PSS on the Strong. And they indicated different personal styles at the learning environment(artistic(A) type) and the work style(social(S) type).
