본 연구의 목적은 유치원 교사의 자기지도성과 조직몰입은 어떠하며, 배경변인에 따라 어떤 차이가 있는지, 그리고 자기지도성과 조직몰입과의 관계를 살펴보는 데 있다. 이를 위해 공․사립유치원에 근무하는 교사 330명을 대상으로, ‘자기지도성에 관한 질문지’, ‘조직몰입에 관한 질문지’를 사용하여 조사하였다. 연구결과 유치원 교사의 자기지도성과 조직몰입은 보통수준이었으며, 유치원 교사의 자기지도성과 조직몰입과의 관계는 정적상관을 나타냈고, 조직몰입의 정서적몰입, 규범적몰입, 지속적몰입 순으로 정적상관을 나타냈다.
The purpose of this study was to examine the self-leadership and organizational commitment of kindergarten teachers, the relationship of their background variables to self-leadership and organizational commitment and the relationship between self-leadership and organizational commitment. For this study, 330 public and private kindergarten teachers responded to the questionnaires dealing with the following topics: the self-leadership, and the organizational commitment. The results showed that kindergarten teachers self-leadership and organizational commitment was moderate and was positive correlated with their self-leadership and organizational commitment. As to links between overall self- leadership and the subfactors of organizational commitment, emotional commitment had the closest positive correlation to that, followed by normative commitment and continuance commitment.
