Recently, O2O (Online to Offline) service, which combines the advantages of online and offline business, is attracting much attention as a new business model. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of perceived risk on reuse intention through satisfaction and trust in O2O service. For this purpose, 217 people who have used O2O service were collected and empirical analysis was conducted. Based on the collected data, the results of the hypothesis test through analysis of the structural model are summarized as follows. First, perceived risk of O2O service users has a positive effect on satisfaction and trust. Second, satisfaction of O2O service users hasn’t significant effect on trust. Finally, satisfaction and trust of O2O service users have positive effects on reuse intention. Based on the results of the analysis, it provided meaningful implications for practitioners and researchers in related fields.
