CPR Practice Education to care worker in elderly care facilities is One of the key ways to deal with emergency situations. The purpose of this study was to identify the effect of Tailored CPR Practice Education for care workers’s knowledge, attitude, confidence toward CPR in elderly care facilities. It is a single-group pre-post design. The experimental group participating was 35 care workers in K city. CPR Practice Education time is 240 minutes for a total of 80 minutes of theoretical training and 160 minutes of practical training. Data were collected using self-administered questionnaires in pre and post test, the collected data were analyzed using SPSS Win 21.0. As a result, after Tailored CPR Practice Education, significant improvement was found in CPR knowledge, CPR attitude, CPR confidence. This CPR Practice Education was found effective to enhance the competence of CPR skills. Therefore, it is necessary to continue to develop CPR program and is expected to be utilized in emergency practice education.
