요양기관에서 발생하는 심정지 응급상황에 적절한 대처를 수행할 수 있도록 하는 핵심 방안 중 하나가 요양보호사에게 실제적인 심폐소생술 교육을 하는 것이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 요양보호사를 대상으로 맞춤형 심폐소생술 실습 교육을 통해 요양보호사의 심폐소생술에 대한 지식, 태도, 자신감에 미치는 효과를 파악하고자 하는 단일군 전후 실험연구이다. 연구대상은 K시 소재 요양보호사 35명을 대상으로 이론교육 80분, 실습교육 160분 총 240분 운영 후 사전사후 조사를 통해 이루어졌으며, 수집된 자료는 SPSS Win 21.0를 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과, 심폐소생술 실습 교육이 심폐소생술에 대한 지식, 심폐소생술에 대한 태도, 심폐소생술 수행자신감을 통계적으로 유의하게 향상시키는 것으로 나타났다. 본 실습교육은 요양보호사의 심폐소생술 역량을 높이는데 효과적이므로 이를 바탕으로 다양한 심폐소생술 실습프로그램을 개발하고 요양시설 응급실습 교육에 유용하게 활용될 수 있을 것이다. 향후 대조군을 포함한 비교연구를 통해 효과 검증이 필요하다.
CPR Practice Education to care worker in elderly care facilities is One of the key ways to deal with emergency situations. The purpose of this study was to identify the effect of Tailored CPR Practice Education for care workers’s knowledge, attitude, confidence toward CPR in elderly care facilities. It is a single-group pre-post design. The experimental group participating was 35 care workers in K city. CPR Practice Education time is 240 minutes for a total of 80 minutes of theoretical training and 160 minutes of practical training. Data were collected using self-administered questionnaires in pre and post test, the collected data were analyzed using SPSS Win 21.0. As a result, after Tailored CPR Practice Education, significant improvement was found in CPR knowledge, CPR attitude, CPR confidence. This CPR Practice Education was found effective to enhance the competence of CPR skills. Therefore, it is necessary to continue to develop CPR program and is expected to be utilized in emergency practice education.
