The purpose of this study is to analyze the effects of the core competence curriculum essential to the university designed by the team-based learning, and to analyze the effects of the teaching method of TBL (Team-based Learning) The effect of the class was on 104 students of S university in Seoul who took the core competency core course. The results were derived by comparing the lecture class with the team based class. Classes were self - development competence subjects and effects were analyzed by career identity test and career decision self - efficacy test. As a result of the study, it was found that classes designed for team - based learning were more effective than lecture - based classes for core competency core courses. Based on this, I would like to suggest some suggestions for the core competency curriculum classes. Core Competence Mandatory Curriculum Classroom instruction should be based on team-based instruction. In other words, the TBL teaching method, which was conducted by the students themselves rather than the one-sided lecture class, was conducted by discussing with the team members and participating in team teaching and team-based activities
