The purpose of this study is to examine the problems and discussions of the workers in the social welfare service due to the minimum wage increase. The minimum wage is a policy introduced by workers to guarantee a minimum human livelihood at the expense of labor, but in other respects it has become the standard of the lowest wage. In other words, the minimum wage alone is not enough for humans to live, and the need for the introduction of living wages is continuing. Anyone who is a worker is not only able to escape from poverty through labor, but also recognizes that if he works faithfully, he can lead a human life. These minimum wage increases are expected to be helpful for the caregivers and disabled assistants who have been recognized as poor working places in the social welfare field, but civilian institutions are expected to be hit, so consideration is needed. In addition, since disabled workers have lower labor productivity than non-disabled workers, employment opportunities can be reduced if the minimum wage is applied. Therefore, most disabled workplaces are operated under the approval of Minister of Employment and Labor, As there is no consideration of social welfare institutions, there are various aspects of social welfare institution workers and operators.
