Lately, the age of 100, health can be thoutht of as one of the most critical components of life for everyone. The term healthy life expectancy has emerged with regards to this expectation. In particular, in Korea, which is facing an aging society, diabetes has been reported as a serious problem observed in the fifth or sixth rank of the cause of death. There is a need for proactive prevention knowledge and content for effective education. The role of VR / AR health prevention contents that can provide immersion and expect educational effect is necessary. In this study, we propose some schematic approaches to elucidate VR visualization methods and characteristic factors that understand pre - existing insulin and related biomechanical mechanisms and prevent disease. To this end, we present the necessary elements that visualize the role of insulin in the body, the process of movement and characteristics that need to be analyzed and structured. Also the parameters for the changing elements in each structured process are also defined, and the development of sensible simulation contents using parameters defined using VR headset.
