본 연구는 한국사회에 있어서 고령화 사회(aging society)로 진입함에 따라 노인문제가 갈수록 심각해져 가고 있다. 다양한 노인문제 가운데에서도 사회적 관계의 변화에 따른 노인문제는 노년기에 처해 있는 노인들에게는 전혀 다른 방식으로 다가오고 있다. 이러한 노인문제를 사회문제화 함을 인식하고 노년기에 나타나는 사회적 관계의 변화에 따라 발생하는 다양한 노인문제의 해결방안을 제시하고자 한다. 연구결과에 따른 해결방안은 노인에 대한 인식 전환과 노인에 대한 부정적 인식 제거이다. 또한 국가와 민간의 상호보완관계 정립이다. 국가성원의 기본적이고 공통적인 욕구에 대하여는 국가가 주도적으로 먼저 대응하고 민간은 국가의 노력과 역할을 보완하고 보충하는 역할을 해야 한다. 그리고 공통적이고 기본적인 욕구를 넘어선 수준 높고 다양한 욕구에 대해서는 민간이 주도적 역할을 하고 국가가 이를 보완 또는 후원하는 노력을 해야 한다는 것이다. 결론적으로 노년기에 맞이하는 사회적 관계의 변화는 노인에게는 충격적으로 다가올 수 있으며, 이는 노인문제가 아닌 사회문제임에 착안하여 포괄적인 해결방안을 수립하여야 할 것이다.
This study is becoming more and more serious as the aging society in Korea. Among the various problems of the elderly, the problem of the elderly due to the change of the social relations is approaching a completely different way for the elderly people who are in old age. The purpose of this study is to suggest the solutions of various problems of the elderly that are caused by the change of social relations in the old age. According to the result of the research, the solution is to change the perception of the elderly and to eliminate the negative perception of the elderly. It is also establishing complementary relations between the state and the private sector. For the basic and common needs of the national people, the state should take the initiative and the civilian should play a role to supplement and supplement the efforts and roles of the state. And for the high and diverse needs beyond common and basic needs, the private sector plays a leading role and the state should make efforts to supplement or support it. In conclusion, the change of social relations in the old age can be shocking to the elderly, and it is necessary to establish a comprehensive solution by focusing on social problems rather than the elderly problems.
