본 연구의 목적은 간호대학생의 간호윤리 교과목 적용 전 윤리적 가치관 및 간호전문직관이 생명의료윤리의식에 미치는 영향을 규명하여 올바른 인성함양 프로그램 개발을 위한 기초자료를 제공하기 위한 연구이다. 자료분석은 SPSS 21.0 프로그램을 이용하여 t-tests, one-way ANOVA, 상관관계분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 대상자의 일반적 특성에 따른 윤리적가치관, 간호전문직관, 생명의료 윤리의식의 차이를 분석한 결과, 윤리적가치관과 생명의료윤리의식에서 유의한 변수는 없었으며 간호전문직관에서 윤리에 대한 가치관 혼동경험(p=.033)에서 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 윤리적 가치관은 간호전문직관 (r=.197, p=.032)과 양의 상관관계가 있었고 간호전문직관은 생명의료윤리의식 (r=.428, p=.000)과 양의 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 생명의료윤리의식에 유의한 설명력을 갖는 변수는 간호전문직관(β=.437, t=5066, p=.000)으로 이들 요인의 설명력은 총 20.1%이었다. 그러므로 간호대학생의 생명의료윤리의식의 함양을 위해서는 올바른 윤리적 가치관과 간호전문직관 확립을 위한 정규교과과정과 비정규 교내・외 간호교육 프로그램의 개발이 필요하다.
The purpose of this study is to provide fundamental data for the development of correct personality development program by identifying ethical value, nursing professionalism, and biomedical ethics consciousness before nursing ethics course of nursing college students. Collected data were analyzed using t-test, ANOVA, Pearson’s correlation by SPSS 21.0. The result shows that the general characteristics with ethical values, nursing professionalism, consciousness of biomedical ethics, ethical values and consciousness of biomedical ethics was no significant variables. Nursing Professionalism was significant (p = .033). The ethical values were positive relationship with the nursing professionalism(r=.197, p=.032) and nursing professionalism was positive relationship with the consciousness of biomedical ethics (r=.428, p=.000). The influence effect of consciousness of biomedical ethics were nursing professionalism, 20.1%. The results indicate that effective education program in improving of confidence of core fundamental nursing skill performance was provided before clinical practice Therefore, it is necessary to develop a proper curriculum and an in-school and out-of-school nursing education program to establish ethical values and nursing professionalism in order to nurture the consciousness of biomedical ethics of nursing college students.
