This research purposes to develop consulting career reemployment preparation program using movies targeted to middle-aged women. In this study, participants A, B, and C will have a positive impact on the program. The middle-aged women consisted of three middle-aged women (age 45, age B, age 49, age 52) aged between 40 and 60 years old who had a desire to reemploy middle-aged women. The study participants were experiencing psychological difficulties because of their parents role and lack of support and resources for raising children. They expressed their frustration to their children, forming negative relationships with their children and bothering their children. Qualitative tools are descriptive and inductive with a common understanding of natural situations, diverse film media data, attention to the meaning of participants, flexible design, and overall understanding, and to find meaning from participants perspectives. The film therapy used in this study can be used to find out the dreams of the clients through activities such as laughing, tearing and sharing such feelings with others by watching movies and empathizing with the clients. As a research procedure, the direction of research was taken through preliminary research, the framework of analysis was used based on the literature data, and the in - depth interview was conducted accordingly. The program is a living mirror that can reflect the present in various ways. The reality can always be refreshed by the living mirror.
