The purpose of this study was to identify factors that factors affecting quality of life middle-age female depressed patients. This study carried out secondary analysis using the data from th 6th (2015) Korean National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey. When the value of the data selected as the main concept of the study in the entire primitive data is the missing value, it is analyzed by using the remaining 180 data after removing the data. Data analysis method was SPSS WIN 20.0 program. The results of this study was variables that job(p<.001), food stability by level(p<.001), age(p<.001), income(p=.013), education(p<.001), basic living beneficiary(p=.020), activity limits(p<.001), stress(p=.017), body mass index(p=.010), subjective health status(p<.001) that was significantly correlated with the quality of life of middle-aged women depression patients. The quality of life of middle-aged women depression patients was statistically significantly food stability by level(β=-.167), age(β=-.182), activity limits(β=.300), subjective health status(β=-.301) which explained 40.8% of quality of life of middle-aged women depression patients. Therefore, to improve the quality of life of middle-aged women with depression, patients should improve their dietary habits, improve their daily activities and improve their subjective health status. It is necessary to develop and apply a complex nursing intervention program that can change lifestyles and lifestyles so that people can live like young people.
