This research was conducted to develop a more intelligent human behavior simulation technique. In this study, we applied ontology and its inference to the virtual space. In addition, a commercial design authoring tool was used in order to make such a technology more organically linked with the design process. In other words, it extracts necessary building information from the building model created from BIM (Building Information Modeling) authoring tool, converts it into an ontology type (OWL) file, and applies it to the virtual space based on the human agent It is a study on the technology development for building an intelligent human behavior simulation environment. In this paper, we propose an ontology-based location model based on BIM, which is used as a basis for inference in virtual space. This technology is ultimately used as a technique for simulating IOT user services as part of efforts to develop more sophisticated IOT (Internet Of Things) technology using architectural information.
