본 연구는 간호대학생의 환자안전을 위한 비판적 사고 성향, 안전관리 태도, 안전관리 행위와의 관계를 파악하여 환자 안전관리 행위에 영향을 주는 요인을 파악하기 위해 시도되었다. G시에 있는 4년제 2개의 간호대학에 다니는 2학년이 대상이며 2017년 10월부터 한 달간 조사하여 192부의 설문지가 분석에 사용되었으며 평균, 표준편차, t-test, ANOVA, 사후분석으로 Scheffe’s test, Pearson’correlation coefficients, multiple regression을 SPSS WIN 22.0을 통해 분석하였다. 연구대상자의 비판적 사고 성향과 안전관리 태도는 유의한 양의 상관관계(r=.168, p<.05)를 보였고, 안전관리 태도와 안전관리 행위는 유의한 양의 상관관계(r=.262 p<.001)를 보였고, 안전관리 행위와 비판적 사고 성향은 유의한 양의 상관관계(r=.357 p<.001)를 보였다. 또한 대상자의 환자안전관리 행위에 영향을 미치는 요인은 비판적 사고성향(β=.332, p<.001)와 안전관리 태도(β=.208, p<.001)로 나타났으며 모형의 설명력은 36%로 나타났다. 본 연구를 통해 간호대학생의 환자안전관리 행위를 높이기 위해서 비판적 사고 성향과 안전 태도를 향상시킬 수 있는 프로그램 개발이 이루어져야 한다.
The Purpose of this study was to investigate critical thinking disposition, attitude of safety management, practice of safety management of nursing students toward patient safety. The data was collected using questionnaires from 192 nursing students who were 2 nursing universities in Gwangju, October 2017. Data ware analyzed by using SPSS Win 22.0. There was a significant positive correlation between critical thinking disposition and attitude of patient safety management, attitude of patient safety management and practice of patient safety Management, practice of patient safety Management and critical thinking disposition. In addition critical thinking disposition(β=.332, p<.001), attitude of patient safety management(β=.208, p<.001) of variance in practice of patient safety Management and the explanatory power of the model was 36.0%. Therefore, to increase critical thinking disposition, attitude of patient safety management of nursing students, it is necessary to develop the program for improving the practice of patient safety management of nursing students.
