The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors influencing the attitude formation of university students with disabilities in university students. In order to carry out this study, 221 university students who were enrolled in a university with a support system for students with disabilities were selected as study subjects and their attitudes toward the disabled were conducted. Data were analyzed by frequency analysis, descriptive statistics, and hierarchical regression analysis. The results were as follows: First, university students’ attitude toward the university students with disabilities was found to be ‘normal’. Second, gender, age, presence of family member with disabilities, presence of friends with disabilities, science department, engineering department, grade, experience of school-working together, experience of directly supporting students with disabilities, experience of disability experience, and experience of volunteering related to disability were found to have a statistically significant effect. Based on these results, the basic data were provided to promote higher education for people with disabilities by enhancing the relationship between university students with disabilities and without disabilities.
