본 연구는 ‘위안부’ 문제 해결책 모색을 위한 한국과 일본 사이의 인식과 대응차이에 대한 연구이다. 현재 ‘위안부’ 문제는 한국과 일본의 국내외 정치 및 사회적 측면에서 매우 심각하고 민감하게 느껴지고 있다. 이는 양국의 발전적인 미래를 위해 반드시 해결되어야 할 것들임에는 틀림없다. 그러나 양국의 인식과 대책은 여전히 평행선을 그리고 있다. 반면에 한일 양국의 발전적인 미래를 위해서 ‘위안부’ 문제 해결은 반드시 이루어져야 한다는 공감대가 어느 정도 형성되어 있기도 하다. 이에 따라 본 연구는 우선 ‘위안부’에 대한 용어 개념 및 정의를 정리하고, 일본의 ‘위안부’와 관련한 역사적 전개, 한국의 위안부 문제에 대한 인식과 대응과정, 한일 양국의 ‘위안부’ 문제해결과정에 대한 내용을 분석하여 결론을 도출해 보고자 한다.
This study is about the differences of perceptions and responses between the Republic of Korea and Japan to find a solution of the problem about comfort women . The issue of comfort women has been recognized as more serious and sensitive things on the domestic-foreign political and social aspect of the Republic of Korea and Japan. These problems must be solved for the developmental future of both countries. However, the recognition and countermeasures of the two countries are still in the parallel lines. Also, there is a consensus that the comfort women problem must be solved for the developmental future of Korea and Japan. First of all, from this point of view, this study summarizes the terms and definitions of comfort women and discusses the historical development related to comfort women in Japan and the awareness & response process of the comfort women issue in Korea. And then I would try to draw conclusions, after analyzing those contents.
