This study aimed to examine the effects of job stress, burnout, and child care efficacy on child care teachers’ creative personality. Data were collected from 368 child care teachers in Busan, using instruments assessing job stress, burnout, child care efficacy, and creative personality. Analyses included the Pearson’s correlation test and structural equational modeling. Findings revealed that child care efficacy had a direct effect on child care teachers’ creative personality. Burnout had an indirect effect on child care teachers’ creative personality through child care efficacy. Job stress had an indirect effect on child care teachers’ creative personality through burnout and child care efficacy. Child care efficacy was the most important predictor of child care teachers’ creative personality. The implementation of interventions for improving the child care efficacy and decreasing the job stress and burnout of child care teachers could help foster their creative personality.
