The purpose of this study is to explore the development direction of creativity and personality test tool based on the opinions of education evaluation experts, creativity and personality specialists, and university liberal arts education experts. For this purpose, after reviewing previous research and related literature, focus group interviews were conducted for 8 experts in each field for 3 sessions. Opinions of experts drawn through focus group interviews were presented through SWOT analysis and SWOT Matrix strategy analysis. The results of this study, which are summarized through SWOT analysis, were analyzed based on four criteria: Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats. In addition, the direction of development of creativity and personality test tool was proposed as S-O strategy, S-T strategy, W-O strategy and W-T strategy through SWOT Matrix strategy analysis. It is meaningful to search for the development direction of the proposed creativity and personality test tool for university students through this study.
