Objective: The aim of present study was to compare the socio-economic characteristics, presence of chronic disease, medical use and expenditure between olders with and without disabilities.\nMethod: The data were collected using raw data of the 2015 Korea health panel and compared between 618 olders with disabilities and 3,426 general olders.\nResult: In comparison of socio-economic characteristics, age and rate of male of olders with disabilities were significantly higher than general olders (p<.001), education level were low (p<.05), and presence of medical aids recipients was higher (p<.001), economic activity was limited (p<.001). In rate of chronic disease, olders with disabilities were significantly higher than the general olders (p<.001). Olders with disabilities were significantly higher in use rate of emergency room and hospitalization than general olders (p<.001). Olders with disabilities were significantly higher in medical expenditure than general olders (p<.05).\nConclusion: Based on the findings of current investigation, it is necessary to seek ways to expansion of social support services of olders with disabilities.
