Today, not only in the international community but also in Korea, corporate social responsibility(CSR) activities and ethical management are essential and important strategic factors for business. The purpose of this paper is to investigate the effects of CSR(legal, economic, and ethical CSR) on job satisfaction and the performance of cooperation companies, and finally, the effects of job satisfaction and cooperating companies performance on the competitive advantage of a large corporation for Aviation manufacturing company.\nAs a result of this study, CSR activity variables of large corporations have positive effects on employee s job satisfaction and cooperation company s performance, and finally it is found that it is an important variable to improve the competitive advantage of large corporations. Therefore, the CSR activities of large corporations have the effect of improving the job satisfaction of their employees and enhancing the performance of partner companies.\nFrom this point of view, this paper shows the necessity of noting that CSR activities are positive factors affecting not only the company s performance but also the stakeholders, especially the cooperating companies’performance. This paper suggests that CSR activities is one strategic direction of corporations including aviation manufacturing companies.
