A descriptive study to focus to Stress-Interpersonal relationship, Stress-Challenges facing, Social Support, Self-Esteem, Stress Coping, Mental Health of nursing students, to analyze the relationship between and impact on Mental Health. Data were collected by structured questionnaires from June 5 to June 200 2018 in B city. Data were analyzed descriptive statistics, Pearson’s correlation coefficient, and Stepwise multiple regression. Mental Health was correlated with Stress-Challenges facing(r= .470, p <.001), Stress-Interpersonal relationship(r= .447, p <.001), Social Support(r= -.178, p= .034) and Self-Esteem(r= -.543, p <.001), but not with Stress Coping(r= .071, p= .403). In a multiple regression, Self-Esteem(β = -.461, p <.001) and Stress-Interpersonal relationship(β = .208, p= .025) were associated with mental health. These factors attributed to 36.7% of the total variance in mental health. Therefore the factors affective intervention techniques need to be applied to the development of programs to upgrade mental health of nursing students. This study suggests that these significant factors should be considered when developing and implementing convergent mental health prmotion program
