The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between job satisfaction and job involvement of CPA using the Ayurveda personality type. The distribution of Ayurveda personality types in the surveyed public accountants was 53.2%, followed by KAPHA type and VATA type. PITTA-type goal achievement, achievement-oriented characteristics. In the job satisfaction, KAPHA type, which emphasizes stability, and PITTA type, which is passionate in job involvement, showed a significant difference from the mean score. The Ayurveda personality type is useful for analyzing the psychological and behavioral personality type, so it is possible to classify personality type according to occupation. Therefore, Ayurveda personality type analysis is useful for job guidance as well as job satisfaction and job involvement in career choice. In conclusion, the choice of job that matches the personality type positively affects job satisfaction and job involvement.
