The success or failure of a small businessman tends to depend on his or her employer s ideas and judgment, which is largely influenced by philosophy, business ideology, ethics, personality, values, religion, and living environment. In particular, most companies choose their locations and construct their spaces according to traditional customs and customs closely related to their lives.\nAlthough many studies have shown that the influence of small business owners on their business stability and managerial performance has not been significant, any study indicates that the factors of feng shui locations that are closely related to our living.\nTherefore, this research draws out major elements of Feng-shui for the development of small businesses and identifies the effects of these factors on managerial performance of small businesses through empirical research. The results of the empirical analysis are as follows.\nWhile topography, building layout, and land geometry were found to have a positive impact on managerial performance in terms of Feng-shui, building geometry was found not. In summary, it suggests that the success of small business activities requires consideration of topography, building layout, and land features in feng shui, spatial location.\nThis study is meaningful in that it provided objective data on Feng-shui to small business owners who are preparing to start businesses or who are currently engaged in business activities through the application of the research results through empirical analysis. In the future, research needs to be expanded for small and large companies, and the effects of Feng-shui have to be incorporated into other areas besides management performance.
