This will require a review of orientation and related technologies for regional energy conversion policies as the regional unit energy management system is expected to surge in the virtual power plant/microgrid environment. The power industry paradigm is being digitalized around renewable energy. While this shift to ENERGY - ICT convergence is accelerating, there will also be many changes in energy policies in the future. In particular, in terms of energy demand management, it is likely that a local, self-contained decentralization will be established, along with the activation of the new renewables and other distributed energy sources (DER), and virtual power plants in the form of micro-grid are to be built locally. The establishment and operation of regional energy self-reliance and institutions that can implement it can be promoted, and the sharing and consultation of cases related to renewable energy facilities in other regions can increase self-reliance along with the development of local energy industries.
