본 연구는 군사회복지사의 양성과 군복지의 발전을 위한 학․군 연계방안을 모색하였다. 최근에 정부(국방부)는 군사회복지 및 군사회복지사도입에 대한 관심과 논의를 진행하고 있으며, 대학의 경우 학부 및 대학원에 군사회복지 전공과정을 설치하고 있다. 이것은 대학과 군이 사회변화에 능동적으로 대응하기 위해 각종 교육인프라의 지원과 협력의 필요성에 따른 것이다. 그럼에도 불구하고 군사회복지 발전을 위한 군 및 대학의 학․군교류가 학교단위별로 파편적으로 이루어지고, 이에 대한 통합적인 전망과 연구가 부재하다. 또한 군사회복지학이 대학과 군의 정책부서에서 군사학 또는 안보학의 범주에서 다루어지고 있는 현실이다. 대학의 경우 군사회복지교육을 위한 교육인프라 구축과 군의 특수한 환경을 고려한 교육과정과 실습교육에 대한 논의가 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 군사회복지교육과 관련한 선행연구가 부족한 상황에서 군관련 학문의 학․군연계의 일반적 현황을 분석하고 군사회복지학의 발전을 위한 다양한 학․군연계 방안을 모색하였다.
This article examined the current state of academic-army relationship in Korean universities and suggests possible ways forward for its further development. The government is showing interests on introducing military social welfare and military social worker and is proceeding discussion. Universities is founding major in military social welfare. Nevertheless, the cooperative relationship between academia and military is done separately in each university, and systematic research is absent about that. The military social welfare education is treated in the range military science part not social welfare. Universities need to establish the education infra, curriculum, practice considering special environment of military. The paper suggests that a further consolidated relationship between university and military be made, so that both institutions can be effectively adapted to social changes by making best use of the resources they have and thus maximise the synergic effects of their cooperation.
