본 논문에서는 최근 들어 급증하고 있는 다문화가정 청소년의 학습문제에 대한 하나의 개입 방안이 될 수 있는 프로그램의 개발을 위해 필요한 요인이 무엇인지에 대한 연구를 실시하였다. 연구를 통해 다문화가정 청소년의 학습문제를 다루기 위해서는 한국어 및 한국문화의 습득(기본적인 언어소통 가능여부, 복잡한 어휘의 이해와 한국문화에 대한 배경지식), 복잡한 구조를 가진 교과의 학습방법(국어, 사회, 역사 등의 교과목), 적성 및 진로탐색, 긍정적 자기정체감 형성, 긍정적 대인관계 형성의 요인이 중요하다는 점을 제시하였고, 아울러 이후 연구에 대한 시사점과 한계를 함께 제시하였다.
The purpose of the present research was to find out the primary factors of intervention program for multi-cultural family adolescents' learning problems. For the purpose, the recent articles about multi -cultural family and adolescents were reviewed. The result is that; the primary factors of intervention program for multi-cultural family adolescents' learning problems are getting the ability of Korean, the ability of understanding specific subjects, the knowledge about career, an ability of sustaining relationship with peers and teachers, and positive self -esteem, etc. This study is also focused on the way of setting a basic framework of intervention program for learning.
