This research aims to suggest theoretical bases through case studies for developing new programs and establishing aid strategies to support female victims of family violence after their leaving public welfare facilities. For the purpose of this goal this study employed a qualitative research method, that is, the grounded theory for the purpose of this research. Participants of this research comprises 11 persons now in, or leaving the facilities, who was victims of family violence before entering the facilities. The essential category of the difficulties can be said to be \"the psychological obstacle from repeated violence, and complete self-reliance in the course of escaping from the violent situation\". The other categories to be seen in the collected data include post traumatic stress disorder, negative emotion, compelled reunion, exposure of identity, repeated anticipation and its frustration, bringing up her children, negative recognition from the society, perfect independence. We found each factor of the above doesn\'t isolate itself from one another, but rather influences the other factors.
