This article presents discussion on the practice and cultural issues that influence dual relationship in various environments, reviews the materials available to social work educators, and describes how social work educators can train students for understanding and making more complex assessments of potential dual relationship. By suggesting problem-solving steps, clients can be protected from harmful conducts by reasonably solving ethical dilemma related to dual relationship. Thus, this article has a purpose of not only protecting the clients\' interests, but also helping the social workers to avoid the ethical dilemma by taking proper measure regarding the potentially unethical dual relationship. key words: code of ethic, dual relationship, ethical dilemma, ethical decision making process, ethical education on social welfare
