본 연구의 목적은 장애인복지 분야의 사례관리실천 현황이 어떠하며 사례관리와 관련된 쟁점 및 개선방안은 무엇인지를 파악하는 것이다. 이를 위해 문헌연구를 주된 연구방법으로 하여 먼저, 장애인복지 분야에서 사례관리라는 제목 하에 이루어지고 있는 실천은 어떠한 양상으로 나타나고 있는지를 검토하였다. 다음으로 각 시설․기관, 단체에서 이루어지고 있는 사례관리실천의 기능 및 과정과 특징을 분석하였다. 마지막으로 사례관리 실천과 관련한 현안과 과제는 무엇인지를 탐색하였다.
The purpose of this study is to find out how the case management practice of the field of disability service are undergone and to find out the problems and the solutions of the case management practice of the field of disability service. For these, I did literatural study primarily, and reviewed how the practices with the titles of the case management were done. And, I reviewed the functions, processes and the characteristics of the case management practices which were done by facilities for the disabled, social service agency for disabled, the organization of the people with disabilities.
