사회복지수퍼비전은 클라이언트에 대한 양질의 서비스 제공과 기관책무성 이행, 사회복지사 의 역량강화를 위한 중요한 기제이다. 본 연구의 목적은 서울시 사회복지관을 중심으로 사회 복지수퍼비전의 종합적 구성요소를 고려하여 수퍼비전의 현황과 문제점을 분석하고 그에 대 한 대안을 모색하기 위한 것이다. 이를 위해 수퍼비전의 구성요소에 따른 세부 내용을 추출하 기 위한 방법으로 포커스그룹인터뷰(7명), 학계 및 실무전문가 델파이(20명)를 실시하였고, 최 종적으로 현황을 파악하기 위해 서울시 사회복지관 사회복지사 213명에게 설문조사를 하였다. 연구결과, 수퍼바이저, 수퍼바이지, 조직특성, 수퍼비전 구조, 수퍼비전 유형 및 방법, 수퍼비 전 관계, 수퍼비전 정책, 수퍼비전 교육의 영역에서 전체적으로 실행도 및 역량보유도가 낮게 조사되었으며, 특히, 사회복지사들이 인식하는 수퍼비전 중요도(4.40)에 비해 만족도(3.16)가 매 우 낮았다. 이러한 연구결과들을 토대로 각 수퍼비전 구성요소 및 기관 정책적 측면의 다양한 대안들을 제언하였다.
Social welfare supervision is important motive for good service supply, responsibility of agency and encouraging capability of social worker. The purpose of this study is for analyzing the status and issue and finding solution in regard of components of social welfare supervision focused in the community welfare center in Seoul. Focus group interview of 7, Delphi test of 20 experts in academy and jobs was committed for extracting details in regard of components of supervision and questionaires of 213 social workers in the community welfare center in Seoul for searching the status. In this study, implementation and capability were low in supervisor, supervisee, organization characteristic, supervision matrix, supervision method, supervison relationship, supervision policy, supervision education. Especially satisfaction degree(3.16) of social workers was very low compared to importance degree(3.16). Based on this study we suppose diverse solutions in respect of supervision components and agency policy.
