As noise induced hearing loss (NIHL) caused by military service is increased, it has become a current social issue in Korea. We report a case of NIHL patient fitting with Invisible-In-the Canal (IIC) hearing aids. IIC hearing aids are successful because of their invisibility with good sound quality. It is suggested that this type of hearing aids can provide confidence to young patients who are socially active. We emphasized the importance of noise and hearing conservation and discussed prevention of noise exposure. KEY WORDS：Invisible-In-the Canal (IIC) hearing aid·Noise induced hearing loss (NIHL).
