This study was to clarify the factors that how the social workers overcome the ordeal conditions of the community child center. For the purpose of this study, qualitative research based on the grounded theory was employed. In this study 9 people, working in the community child center, was selected to identify the factors. According to this study, the factors related with the experience of overcoming were abstracted as 10 categories, professionalism, worthwhile of the doing, mission of the work, good teamwork, attachment to the child, individual's qualification, social support, family support, recharge through association, expectation. According to the analysis of the categories the attachment of the child was revealed as casual condition, mission of the work as central phenomena, individual's qualification as contextural condition, social and family support as mediate condition, professionalism and teamwork as interactive strategy, worthwhile of the doing and expectation as result. 10 thesis revealed in this study as follow. ① Qualification development of staffs in the child community center may contribute to reduce the burnout. ② Worthwhile of the doing can reduce the burnout. ③ Mission of the work make the staff to overcome the burnout. ④ Good teamwork between staffs make the staff to overcome the burnout. ⑤ Attachment to the child can reduce burnout. ⑥ The burnout differ from individual qualification of the staff. ⑦ Social support can contribute to mitigate the burnout. ⑧ Family support can reduce burnout. ⑨ Association make the staffs to reduce the burnout. ⑩ The future expectation can mitigate the burnout of the staff.
To prevent and overcome the burnout of the staff in the community child center, it is important to build the identification of community child center. Second, we try to expand reeducation for the staff in the community child center. Third, Many support are supplied to the community child center. Fourth, we try to develop and expand network between community child centers.
