본 연구는 대학 재학 중 대학 기반 취업 및 진로개발 서비스에 대한 경험이 대졸자의 취업 및 고용형태, 그리고 일자리 만족에 미치는 영향을 규명하고자 한국고용정보원의 ‘2008년도 대졸자 직업이동 경로조사(GOMS: Graduates Occupational Mobility Survey)\'를 활용하여 분석하였다. 그 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 도출하였다. 첫째, 대학 재학 중 경험하는 취업 및 진로개발 서비스 에 대한 대졸자의 주관적 유익성 인식이 대졸자의 취업가능성, 정규직으로의 진입 가능성, 취업 후 일자리에 대한 만족감 향상 등에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 성별과 모 의 학력수준 등의 개인적 특성이 대졸자의 취업, 정규직 진입, 그리고 취업 만족에 영향을 미치 는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 교육인프라, 교육과정 등 대학의 자체적인 변화 개선 노력이 대졸자 취업에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 대학 재학 중 진로목표의 명확화와 이를 성취하기 위한 능력개발이 대졸자 취업에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 규명되었다. 이와 같은 결과를 바탕으로 대졸자의 괜찮은 일자리로의 취업가능성 및 일자리 만족을 향상시키기 위해 대학에서 제공하는 교육서비스의 질적 제고를 위해 다양한 노력을 기울여야 함을 제언하였다.
The purpose of this study was to analyze the effects of participations in university's career development programs on college graduates's employment and job satisfaction. To analyze results for this study, data of 2008GOMS1(Graduates Occupational Mobility Survey) were used. Study results showed that perceived usefulness of university's career development programs effects positively on employability, employment in the full-time job, and job satisfaction. Secondly, the study results identified that individual demographic variables including gender and mother's eentified level affect positively employability, employment in the full-time job, and job satisfaction. Thirdly, the study results showed university's efforts for improving i stufrastructure and curriculum affects employment of graduates. Lastly, this study identified clarifying the career goals and ability/skills development activities during college eentition influence on college graduates' employment. Based on these results, this study suggested that university give efforts of enhancing the quality of the educational services to improve the employability and job satisfaction.
