This group art therapy is carried out during 18 sessions for 60 to 80 minutes per session one or two times per week from June 18, 2009 to September 7, 2009. The research tools are aggression scale and sociality scale. For the evaluation of this program, ANCOVA is carried out making the score of pretest as covariate variable. And
for maintenance of the effect of this program, paired sample t-test are carried out by using post and further test. The results are as follows. Firstly, this group art therapy is effective on the reduction of aggression of low-income children. The score of post test is reduced significantly, in comparison with the score of pretest in the whole category and its subcategories(physical, linguistic, indirect aggression). And it is shown that its reductional effect maintains at further sessions. Secondly, this group art therapy is effective on the improvement of sociality of low-income children. The score of post test is improved
significantly in comparison with the score of pretest in the whole category and its subcategories(law abidance, cooperation, sociability, independence). And especially, in the further test, the improving effect maintains in the subcategories(law abidance, cooperation, sociability). In conclusion, it is clear that this group art therapy has a positive effect on the reduction of aggression and on the improvement of sociality of low-income children.
