When a child is prooved of mentally handicapped, there are many facilities and policy of special care for this child. But a child’s I.Q. is between 71-84 (he has Borderline Intellectual Functioning), he is out of our society’s and govemment’s concem and therefore he couldn’t have proper care so far. In this case program care and suitable education can increase this child’s mental ability efficiently, though many children have missed the opportunity.
Consequently this study is tre ating the needs of systematic care for the children whose intelligence are in the borderline and espescially, concentrate on the possibility of their improvement of mental ability (for exemple, ability of self expression, aclmowledgement, attention, etc.) by understanding their acts with the help of ‘Art Theraphy’
