"The purpose of the study was to analyze basic contents and current trends for academic achievement assessment of the students with disabilities, and provide alternate assessment methods and suggestions based on the analysis. It was not appropriate for the students with severe disabilities implementing the basic curriculum of special education to implement nation level academic achievement evaluation based on nationwide common basic curriculum.
Therefore, it was to analysis the major contents and current trends of special education basic curriculum for the students with disabilities such as test accomodation, alternate assessment methods, and nationwide efforts of academic achievement. And it was analyzed nationwide assessment methods of academic achievement for the students with disabilities and provided suggestions for effective alternate assessment.
So, concrete guidelines were prepared by the types of participation such as evaluation without test accomodation, evaluation with test accomodation, and alternate assessment to participate nation level academic achievement evaluation for all students including the students with disabilities.
