목적:본 연구는 경도인지장애 환자의 사회참여에 영향을 미치는 인지기능과 사회인지 요인을 분석하고자 하였다. 연구방법:대구지역 D병원에 내원한 환자 중 경도인지장애로 진단받은 32명을 대상으로 노인용 인지검사(Cognition Scale for Older Adults: CSOA)를 이용하여 인지기능을 평가하였고, Faces test, Picture sequencing test, 사회생활기술 척도(Social Skill Scale; SSS), 대인관계기능 척도(Independent Living Skill Survey; ILSS)로 사회인지를 검사하였다. 대상자의 사회참여는 한국형활동분류카드(Korean Activity Card Sort: K-ACS)의 사회활동 항목을 이용하였다. 사회참여와 인지기능 및 사회인지와의 관련성은 피어슨 상관관계로 분석하였고, 다중회귀분석을 이용하여 사회참여에 영향을 미치는 인지기능과 사회인지 요인을 확인하였다. 결과:경도인지장애 환자의 인지기능 중 전체지능, 기초지능, 관리기능, 작업기억, 시공간력, 기억기능, 한국형 간이 정신상태 검사(Mini Mental State Examination-Korean version 1: MMSE-K1)가 사회참여와 유의한 상관관계를 보였고, 관리기능과 전체지능 순으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 또한 사회인지의 모든 검사가 사회참여와 유의한 상관관계를 나타냈으며, 그 중 정서재인과 대인관계기능이 사회참여에 큰 영향을 미치는 요인으로 나타났다. 결론:사회참여는 경도인지장애 환자들의 인지기능을 증진시킬 수 있는 중요한 활동이며, 이를 위해 관리기능, 전체지능, 정서재인, 대인관계기능을 고려한 새로운 평가와 중재 개발이 필요하겠다.
Objective: The purpose of this study was to investigate the cognitive function and social cognition affecting the social participation of patients with Mild Cognitive Impairment(MCI). Methods: 32 MCI subjects were selected through the Cognition Scale for Older Adults(CSOA), and we administered a Faces test, Picture sequencing test, Social Skills Scale(SSS), and the Independent Living Skill Survey(ILSS) for collecting data on social cognition and Korean Activity Card Sort(K-ACS) for social participation. For the data analysis, we implemented a descriptive statistic, a pearson correlation coefficient and a multiple regression analysis. Results: This study shows that social participation in MCI patients correlates with Full scale IQ(FIQ), Basic IQ(BIQ), Executive IQ(EIQ), Working Memory Index(WMI), Visuospatial Function Index(VFI), Memory Function Index (MFI), and Mini Mental State Examination-Korean version 1(MMSE-K1). EIQ and FIQ were more significant factors than other cognitive functions. In social cognition, we found that social participation in MCI patients correlates with the Faces test, Picture sequencing test, SSS, and the ILSS. Emotion recognition and interpersonal relationship were more significant factors affecting social participation. Conclusions: Intervention for social participation in MCI patients is needed to systematic approach of cognitive function and social cognition. In particular EIQ, FIQ, emotion recognition, and interpersonal relationship should be considered.
