목적 : 본 연구는 노인의 여가참여 평가도구를 고찰하여 여가참여 평가의 동향, 평가 항목 및 측정 등을 분 석하고, 이에 대한 내용을 종합적으로 정리하여 제시하고자 한다. 연구방법 : 2001년부터 1월부터 2017년 12월까지 Scopus, PubMed, NDSL, Riss의 데이터베이스를 이용 하여 노인 여가 평가에 대한 논문을 검색하였으며, 1차 검색으로 170편의 논문 중 선정기준 및 배제기 준에 따라 14편의 논문을 최종 선택하여 분석하였다. 결과 : 총 14편의 선정된 연구 중 근거수준 IV에 해당하는 조사연구가 6편(43%)으로 가장 많았고, 2010년대 이후 연구가 11편(79%)으로 세계인구 고령화가 진행되면서 노인의 여가에 대한 연구가 급증하였다. 총 14 편의 논문에서 노인의 여가참여 평가를 위해 사용된 평가도구의 종류는 5개로 구분되었고, 가장 많이 사용된 평가는 자체 개발문항을 사용한 논문이 8편(57%)로 가장 많았다. 노인 여가 평가 항목은 각 평가도구 별 다양한 여가활동이 포함되었고, 크게 여가의 수행 주체와 수행 목적을 기준으로 활동이 구분되었다. 평가의 측정은 14개 연구 중 13개의 연구에서 참여 여부 또는 빈도를 측정하는 것으로 나타났다. 결론 : 14편의 연구 중 자체 개발한 평가도구를 사용한 연구가 가장 많았고, 자체 개발 평가는 최근 연구에 서 가장 많았다. 노인 여가 평가 항목은 크게 여가의 수행 주체와 수행 목적을 기준으로 활동이 구분되 었으며, 측정은 대부분 참여 여부와 빈도로 이루어졌다. 본 연구는 기존의 노인 여가참여 평가도구의 평 가 항목, 측정 방법을 분석함으로써 향후 여가 탐색 및 참여를 평가 할 수 있는 표준화된 평가도구를 개 발하는데 기초 자료가 될 것으로 사료된다.
Objective: The purpose of this study is to analyze trends, evaluation items, and measurements of leisure participation by examining the leisure participation assessment tool of the elderly. Methods: From January 2001 to December 2017, the articles on the assessment of leisure activities for the elderly were searched using databases of Scopus, PubMed, NDSL, and Riss. Based on the selection criteria and exclusion criteria of the 170 articles, Total 14 articles was finally selected and analyzed. Results: The articles reviewed 6(43%) Level IV evidence articles, and as the world population ages, 11 studies(79%) have been conducted since 2010, showing that research on the leisure activities of the elderly has increased rapidly. In the total of 14 studies, there were 5 types of assessment tools used for leisure participation evaluation of the elderly, and the most frequently used evaluation was found in eight articles (57%) using selfdeveloped questionnaire. The leisure evaluation items for elderly included various leisure activities by each assessment tool, and activities were distinguished based on the performer and the purpose of leisure. The measurement of the evaluation showed that 13 of the 14 studies measured participation or frequency. Conclusion: Among the 14 studies, self - developed assessment was the most common, and It was the most common in recent research as well. The leisure activity items for the elderly were divided into activities based on the performer and the purpose of leisure, and most of the measurements were made by participation and frequency. This study is expected to be a basic data to develop a standardized assessment tool that can evaluate the leisure search and participation in the future by analyzing assessment items and measurement methods of the existing leisure participation assessment tool.
