목적 : 본 연구의 목적은 작업치료 관련 치매 가이드라인을 조사하여 질적 평가를 실시하고 효과적이고 핵 심적인 권고 항목을 선정하고자 하였다. 연구방법 : 온라인 검색 및 수기 검색을 통하여 15개의 가이드라인을 최종 선정하였고, AGREE를 이용하 여 질적 평가를 하였다. 또한, 치매에 대한 작업치료 중재에 대한 실제적인 권고안을 추출하여 그 근거 와 강도를 비교하였다. 결과 : 15개의 가이드라인 중에서 7개의 가이드라인이 60% 이상으로 ‘강하게 권고’ 수준이었다. 중재에 대한 권고 항목 23개를 도출하였으머, 6개의 가이드라인이 중재 권고를 제시하고 있다. 이 중 미국과 한 국의 치매 작업치료 가이드라인이 작업치료 실행체계를 바탕으로 개발되어 18개 이상 중재에 대한 권고 를 제시하고 있다. 결론 : 치매와 관련한 다양한 가이드라인을 비교 평가함으로써 실용적인 권고를 제시하는 올바른 가이드라 인을 선정하고 임상 현장에서 치매 작업치료 중재의 방향을 제안하였다. 추후, 한국형 치매 작업치료 가 이드라인의 개발 방향과 보완할 점을 제시하는데 도움이 될 것이다.
Objective: This study aims to suggest a direction for the development of Korean-type dementia occupational therapy guidelines by presenting a systematic evaluation and practical recommendations for search guidelines containing the existing specific clinical recommendations for dementia management. Methods: A systematic search was conducted on various databases including GIN, and 15 search guidelines were applied for a quality evaluation of the guideline research and evaluation tool (AGREE). In addition, the actual recommendations for occupational therapy intervention for dementia were extracted and the basis and intensity were compared. Results: Among the 15 guidelines, 7 were higher than 60%, indicating “High quality”. A total of 23 recommendations were deduced and 6 guidelines suggested recommendations. The US and Korea guidelines were developed based on an occupational therapy practice framework. Conclusion: By comparing and evaluating various guidelines related to dementia, it is necessary to suggest and develop the direction and supplementation of the Korean-type dementia occupational therapy guidelines, and to try to make an effective intervention for dementia while focusing on dementia symptoms.
