본 연구는 입양아 7세 여아로서 입양사실 수용과 자아존중감 향상 및 모자관계 증진을 위하여 미술치료를 2010년 7월부터 10월까지 주 1회 12회기로 진행되었다. 본 미술치료 프로그램은 자신표출, 자기표현, 가족관계 탐색, 가족 수용 단계로 나누어 진행하였다. 연구측정도구는 SCT와 LMT를 하여 사전, 사후를 비교하였다. 본 연구결과는 첫째, 엄마와의 관계가 보다 친밀하게 되면서 심리적으로 안정되어 갔으며 모자관계가 증진되었음을 알 수 있었다. 둘째, 친구관계가 개선되어 친구도 많이 생기고, 상호 협력적인 관계가 되었다. 셋째, 동생에 대한 언니의 위상이 세워져 동생과의 갈등도 적어졌고 동생에 대한 배려와 애정 표현을 시작하였다. 넷째, LMT에서 표현력의 변화와 함께 자기 표현력도 증진되었고, 감정의 표현이 자유로워졌다.
The purpose of this study is to see that art therapy is effects on improvement relationship of mother-and-child, improvement of self-esteem and truth of adoption of adoptee. The study subject is a girl of adoptee who is seven years old. The art therapy program lasted from July, 2010 to October, once a week for 12 session. Research tools are SCT and LMT. The art therapy program for this study is divided into four parts that is her pent-up energy, self-expression, exploration of family relationships, accept of family. The conclusion of research are as follow. First, The art therapy program has effects on improvement relationship of mother-and-child and regain her mental security. Second, The art therapy program has mutual cooperative relationship that is why he has so many friends and improvement friendship. Third, The art therapy program has appear brotherhood who was decreased conflict of her younger sister, began express affection and got consideration for sister.
