"This study is conducted to figure out the effect of group sandplay programs on intelligence and creativity of children aged 4, the best time in development. Researchers developed and conducted group sandplay programs turning unconsciousness into consciousness for balanced development of intelligence and creativity, the most required in modern society. The children were divided into two groups, the experimental and control group consisting of two girls and two boys respectively. Researchers tested the former with group sandplay programs,
on the contrary, there was no test for the latter. The children were tested with identity test beforehand, after programs, the changes in the intelligence and creativity of two groups were compared and the changes in the process of programs were analyzed on a qualitative point of view. The result pointed out that group sandplay programs have a great amount of effect on both entire and partial intelligence and creativity grades of the experimental group. According to the qualitative analysis, the children experienced acceptance and respect and
showed the increased self-confidence and the positive effect on intelligence and creativity through interaction between researchers and the members of the groups. intelligence."
