"This research is to reflect the influence social experience of volunteering have on the sociality development of teenagers and build the ground backing up the benefits of volunteering through the reflection. Having the experience of volunteer works in adolescent period make teenager develop sociality which would be basis of self-generating power and maturity through helping not only to achieve self-satisfaction but also to learn ways of working together with other people in harmony. Thus we can say that the teenager's volunteering is important basic element of sociality development in terms of rediscovering of self living in society in multiple level.
