"The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of playing futsal and basketball exercise with the two variables being studied: Body Composition, the basic physical fitness. As study subjects, 30 elementary school boys were selected, and each 10 persons were divided into futsal exercise group, basketball exercise group, while the other group was tasked not to play futsal and basketball exercise. Analyses of the two major parts were done. The first part included the effects of futsal and basketball exercise to the Body Composition: height, weight, fat, %Fat, BMI, SLM. The second part included the effects of futsal and basketball exercise to the Physical Strength: Grip Strength, sit-ups Sit & Reach and Standing Jump. The results of the study in the futsal and basketball exercise group were as follows; height, BMI, SLM, sit-ups Sit & Reach significantly increased, basketball exercise group were Grip Strength significantly increased. Therefore, it has been concluded that playing futsal and basketball exercise regularly influenced the elementary school boys' growth and other health-related factors.
