Just as art and culture are interconnected, human beings and culture coexist in the framework of reciprocity and interactions. For mankind pursuing the future of sustainable development, it is essential to secure new talents with problem solving abilities and creativity. To secure these talents, individual liberty and independence should be ensure and horizontal relationships should be allowed between individual members and a society. Along with that, community, as a whole of interacting individuals, should interact with each others in bilateral dynamics. In the field of dance, we pay attention to community dance as a potential solution to the issue. Community dance encourages community activities based on participation and practice. The followings are the conclusions drawn from the exploration. ․Culture is not about placing individuals in the rules and order of a society. Rather, it should serve as a catalyst to promote interactions between individuals\' internal and personal attitude and external circumstances. With these interactions, human beings grow further and cultural development intensifies. ․For human beings, happiness is something that can be defined based on esthetic values. A society and members of it should make efforts to pursue the same good and this can be achieved with artistic enjoyment and act of practice and participation. ․In between art and culture, education is taking its presence in ensuring continuous development of community and individuals. ․Arts and culture, community and individuals, community and groups, all of them work in reciprocal interactions. Thus, communication to ensure horizontal interactions is essential. ․In our lives, dance manifests life in community. It represents public features of art in the framework of culture and functions to encourage further growth in the right direction through interactions between individuals\' internal attitude and external circumstances. ․Creativity in dancing is what community dance aims. Community dance is aimed to drive community and contribute to cultural development along with individual growth. ․Community dance is performance where the meaning of arts & cultural education and it\'s goal converge and that is why it takes strategic importance in implementing arts & cultural education.
