This study examined the variables related to middle-aged father\'s happiness, anger, sadness and joy. In order to expand the study on the variables, special attention was given to the differences of age and times(pasr, present, future). The subjects were 1,000 middle- aged male(30s-60s) residing in Korea on-line. They responded the open ended questionare which is developed by researchers. The researchers drew the factors through initial coding, grouping responses. The major results are as follow. First, the middle-aged father\'s happiness, anger sadness and joy were in the relation. Especially the factors of happiness and joy of middle-aged father in present and future is in their children. On the other hand the factors of anger is in their jobs, sadness is in their parents.
