본 연구는 부산, 경남, 경북 지역의 장애전담 어린이집 교사 266명을 대상으로 이들의 소 진과 직무스트레스, 임파워먼트의 수준의 배경변인별 차이를 살펴보고 소진에 영향을 주는 직무스트레스와 임파워먼트 하위요인을 분석하는데 목적이 있다. 본 연구의 결과를 살펴보 면 먼저, 장애전담어린이집 교사가 지각하는 소진은 연령이 어릴수록, 교직경력이 적을수록, 담당아동의 연령이 어릴수록 소진의 정도가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 장애전담어린이집 교사가 지각하는 직무스트레스 수준을 배경변인별로 살펴본 결과, 교사의 연령과 담당아동 의 연령이 낮을수록, 보수가 적을수록 교사직무스트레스 수준이 유의하게 높은 것으로 나타 났다. 셋째, 장애전담어린이집 교사가 지각하는 임파워먼트 수준을 배경변인별로 살펴본 결 과, 연령과 경력이 많을수록 임파워먼트 수준이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 본 연구에서 장애어린이집교사의 소진에 영향을 미치는 직무스트레스 요인은 업무관련과 아동관련 요인 으로 나타났으며 임파워먼트는 하위요인은로 효능감과 의사결정요인으로 나타났다
This study aimed to analysis the gap in those of burn-out, empowerment and occupational stress caused by such factors as the extent of age, scholastic career, academic background, children age, annual salary, training experience, major field, marriage of special daycare center teachers. The subjects of this study were 266 teachers working at special daycare center. The results of this study were as followed. First, special daycare center teachers’ burn-out differed in age, scholastic ability, children age. Second, special daycare center teachers’ occupational stress differed in age, children age and basic annual salary. Third, special daycare center teachers’ empowerment differed in age, scholastic career. Fourth, the task and children factor accounted for 41% of the burn-out variables on special daycare center teachers’ occupational stress. And personal-teaching efficacy, decision-making factor accounted for 27% of the burn-out variables on special daycare center teacher’s empowerment.
