This study aimed to analysis the gap in those of burn-out, empowerment and occupational stress
caused by such factors as the extent of age, scholastic career, academic background, children age,
annual salary, training experience, major field, marriage of special daycare center teachers. The
subjects of this study were 266 teachers working at special daycare center. The results of this study
were as followed. First, special daycare center teachers’ burn-out differed in age, scholastic ability,
children age. Second, special daycare center teachers’ occupational stress differed in age, children age
and basic annual salary. Third, special daycare center teachers’ empowerment differed in age,
scholastic career. Fourth, the task and children factor accounted for 41% of the burn-out variables on
special daycare center teachers’ occupational stress. And personal-teaching efficacy, decision-making
factor accounted for 27% of the burn-out variables on special daycare center teacher’s empowerment.
